Under our Ops Kitchen brand, we have developed a comprehensive range of defence-grade products, from powdered spices and blended masalas to our innovative Dry Gravy range, engineered for the operational, nutritional and logistical demands of unit messes across all three services.
We work directly with units through GEM procurement, condiment fund, or any suitable mechanism, bypassing the CSD channel to ensure fresh stock, tailored supply, and direct accountability to your unit's QM.
